How Your Cleanup Project Works
No chaos. No surprises. Just a clear, streamlined process to get your books back on track.
Step 1: Apply
Complete a short application to tell us about your books, challenges, and goals. We will review to ensure it’s a good fit.
Step 2: Intro Call
If it looks like a match, we will schedule a quick 15-minute Zoom to walk through your situation and confirm secure access to QBO or Xero.
Step 3: Books Inspection (if needed)
Some files need a deeper review. This is a paid diagnostic (starting at $600) that includes a written report. The fee is credited toward your cleanup.
Step 4: Fixed-Fee Proposal
You will receive a flat-fee quote with scope, pricing, and turnaround. No guessing, no surprises.
Step 5: Cleanup Begins
Once approved, we get to work. Most cleanups are done within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity and responsiveness.
Step 6: Onboarding
We will send a checklist of exactly what we need - and guide you through sending it securely. We will confirm the plan and expectations upfront.
Step 7: Streamlined Process
We minimize back-and-forth with a structured workflow. We save most questions for the end to keep your time interruption-free.
Step 8: Wrap-Up + Review Call
We meet to walk through what was fixed, share insights, and answer final questions. If needed, we refer you to a trusted long-term bookkeeper.

What I Do
I run a virtual bookkeeping firm focused exclusively on cleanup work for QuickBooks Online and Xero files. I help service-based businesses - and the professionals who support them - untangle neglected, inaccurate, or error-ridden books and restore order quickly.

After earning my Business Management degree from the University of Texas, spent over two decades in residential real estate before launching my firm in 2018.
Beyond the Work
Outside of bookkeeping, I enjoy British TV, staying active, and time with family. I live in Austin, Texas, with my spoiled dachshund, Lucy, and I am a proud mom to my college-age son, Graham.
